Empire Pawn of Nassau, located in East Meadow, Nassau County, NY is more than just another Long Island pawn shop—they are expert jewelers—specialists of fine jewelry, diamonds, gold, sterling silver, estate and vintage jewelry, coins and other precious metals.

Our History

Empire Pawn is owned and operated by Mitch Kushner, who is a third generation jeweler. Mr. Kushner’s family has been in the business of buying jewelry since 1930, and after 60 years, they established the loan business in 1990, and the company is now the oldest established pawn broker and jewelry buyer on Long Island.
